unbelievable!! i had several recalls for my 2011 Durango. I fought and fought with Chrysler Corporate to no avail. Horrible customer service... then I contacted Fa i had several recalls for my 2011 Durango. I fought and fought with Chrysler Corporate to no avail. Horrible customer service... then I contacted Fair Oaks. All I heard from them was "Sure and Yes, we can help." They not only fixed my car ahead of schedule, but took the extra step to update several software programs. They have FIGURED IT OUT!!!! Customers count. It is not a very convenient drive for me to go there, but they are my GO TO shop for now on. They are fantastic! Keep up the good work. More

Horribly disappointed, angry. Did not find problem. Afterward, on first startup, horrible start,coughing,spitting. little power. They were dismissive and offended when we suggested they did not do a thorough job. How can we trust they even did the oil and filter change when they act like this. $6000 was absolutely an error a huge error. Makes one wonder if someone is being rewarded or this kind of stuff is the MO for this dealer. When we bought this 3500 truck used, 2010 low miles, they also did not do the small repairs promised on purchase. Not reliable at a minimum. Question the honesty as well, Certainly rude.I was told I was talking to the head I service and found at later I spoke to a woman who is not in that position . More

Great Customer Care I dropped off my car at the over-night drop off with instructions. The next morning I got a call from the customer rep to verify the work needed. In that afternoon the rep called again to say the radiator work that I had requested was not really needed and there is no reason to spend the money. It took couple of days to get all the work done and I received calls periodically to get the status. When the car was ready it was cleaned up and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. They make the process of car repair very easy and painless. Above all you trust the work. They insist that you take the car back if you find anything wrong with the repair. Overall, it is great to deal with this group of people from the service reps to the mechanics to the cashier and the porter who brings you your car. More
