Terrible customer service. I've had questions for the finance department after signing my docs for 2 weeks and can't get a reply from them. I've emailed the customer service I've had questions for the finance department after signing my docs for 2 weeks and can't get a reply from them. I've emailed the customer service rep who reached out to me twice with no reply back. I've called their main line 3 times asking for finance and each time being told I'll get a call back and don't. During signing the finance person couldn't understand why there was a change in documentation and price and couldn't get help as it was a half hour before they closed on Sunday. I was told to sign docs and will figure it out on Monday for you, and now being told I declined a service and won't get an answer back. Feels like bait and switch, which isn't the biggest issue but being ignored when I've reached out is what makes it worse. More

Amir was our sales person, Najeem Salimi was the finance person and Nadia Saghafi was our first point of contact. This dealership charged my 80 yr old dad $17,410.34 for a used car that is not safe, and the person and Nadia Saghafi was our first point of contact. This dealership charged my 80 yr old dad $17,410.34 for a used car that is not safe, and the entire electrical system is shot. We have done all we can do to allow them to rectify this terrible mistake, including spending an additional 4 hours there while they "fixed" the car. NOTHING was fixed, they knew that and now they won't return any of our calls, emails, or texts. I also now know that they knew this the whole time and sold him the car anyway. We were directly lied to by both Amir and Najeem several times throughout the process. This is by far the worst experience I have had buying a car and the disrespect of doing this to my dad while at the same time telling him "thanks for your service, sir" !!!!! disgusting. Fortunately, I have the Va consumer protection act, Va. states attorney, Motor Vehicle Dealer Board, NHTSA and others to turn to. I recommend to anyone looking for a car in the Leesburg VA area to go anywhere else. And if anyone else has experienced dishonest dealerships do your research there are options. NOBODY has the right to lie, cheat, and steal from another to make a dollar. More

Mo Meftohu, is nothing short of amazing! ! My wife and I came in to test drive a SRT Durango and he was very patient and put everything in front of us. If it wasn't for the "Demonic Red" seat ! Did an internet search to find the exact Jeep Wrangler model I wanted and found this dealership. I called and reached salesman Mohammed Meftohu. He informed me the car I called about was in transit, but a model I wanted and found this dealership. I called and reached salesman Mohammed Meftohu. He informed me the car I called about was in transit, but already sold. Mohammed then told me there were two more about to be built. He sent me the build sheets and I selected one. I also had a clean trade. We came to a very fair agreement on the trade amount. Since I was almost four hours away out of state I asked to see all the numbers on the sales worksheet. We all agreed on the numbers. 30 days later the car arrived at the dealership. We drove down the next day and the deal went through quickly, and and as agreed, no surprises at all. Najeem, the sales F&I manager, was very considerate of our time and got us out quickly as he knew we had a long return trip. All in all a great car buying experience! Would highly recommend this dealer. More
