The show room was very busy when my husband and I arrived but with in minutes we were being showing cars. The service staff at Dulles Subaru in Leesburg Virginia has consistently exhibited professionalism and a sense of pride in their work. It's never easy having to tell a customer that some expensive work must be done on their car, especially at the holiday season. I recently brought my car in for a routine oil change and a concern about my alignment and some other issues. The news was as I expected; the car required some major service. The staff was knowledgeable and professional in both their assessment and explanation of the situation. There was a true sense of compassion and understanding that this may come as a hardship to me. The staff, especially the wonderful Mandy, offered an honest assessment of the situation and went the extra mile to present the best financial situation possible. I visited Dulles Subaru on Nov 18, 2013 for 2014 Forester 2.5i Touring, my experience there wasn't a pleasant one at all. Kim, the manager, was extremely rude. He asked me to tell him other dealers' quota, I was very reluctant to do so, but eventually I showed him. He then went back to his office to do the math. After a while, he came back, asking me to show him others' quota again. I refused. What he then did really abased him -- he told me "I could not help you", threw his paper into a trash can behind him and told his guy "He is ready to go". Kim was neither polite nor professional.
