Great First-Time Experience with Steve Akers I initially went to Duncan Ford Lincoln Mazda to ask about and, in all probability, buy a used Scion tC that I saw on an online listing. (Un)fortunate I initially went to Duncan Ford Lincoln Mazda to ask about and, in all probability, buy a used Scion tC that I saw on an online listing. (Un)fortunately for me, it was off the lot being serviced! However, Steve showed me to a pretty much like-new 2014 Ford Focus ST that they had just gotten on the lot, and boy was I glad that the tC was never there to begin with. Steve kept me comfortable every step of the way, from taking it out for a spin, explaining the financing and pricing options (with Shawn's help), and being patient with an apprehensive first-time buyer. It was a great to see the myth of sleazy used-car salesmen busted first-hand, Steve was a stand-up salesman who never tried to take advantage of me. He talked me through the whole way, and overall I was very impressed. Finally, the price I got the car for was amazing... the high-end trim level of a like-new car, for a Ford Certified Used price, along with the extra warranty. Great deal that I couldn't turn down. I have (my aunt) and would very much recommend Duncan Ford to anyone else out there, you can't go wrong buying your next car from these pleasant fellows! More

He is patient, relaxed, not pushy in the least, and just an all around good guy. We got exactly what we were looking for and the price was spot on. I called John and explained a situation. We had purchased a new Ford Focus in the spring of 2013 from John. We found out that summer that we would be blessed with a new grandchild, which was born purchased a new Ford Focus in the spring of 2013 from John. We wanted a used car to carry us about 3 years to get through this dilemma. John found the perfect car for us, a Dodge Caravan with 33,000 + miles still under warranty.
