I didn't have a scheduled appointment and despite being a busy day in service they fit me in immediately. Not only did they change the oil, they checked and inflated my tires and checked my brakes all in a timely, and always friendly, manner. Now I expected all of that...what I didn't expect when I checked out was to find my car had been washed for me! Having purchased a toyota recently, I know the badge speaks volumes for reliability, and affordability. Yes, I am a fan. She is not experienced with dealerships, and as of recently nor was I. But, I have some experience in the 'buy it from the guys front yard" and that knowledge was not considered bad at this dealership! The car we found at Baker fit her budget and her needs. The process was made all the more better by the competent sales person that assisted us. Anthony Stamegna was fantastic! He guided us immediately to the vehicle we were looking for, had it open and ready for our inspection. Unlike other experiences that I have had, having been anticipating the swarms of sales people as soon as my foot touched pavement in the lot, I did not not have to endure that. Bonus! Anthony is knowledgeable about vehicles! He doesnt pressure you to make a an upgrade, he shows you the car you are looking for. He is easy to talk to, understands the nervousness involved in a first time purchase and loan application and realizes that this is YOUR money, and wants you to have the best investment possible. I should also like to mention a finance administrator as well, who regretfully, I do not have his full name. His name is Shawn/ Sean. He is wonderful as well. He will scour finance companies to put you in the driver seat, with the price he knows will not put you underwater. Yes this dealership is what you seek. Family run, and operated. A locally run and operated dealership with ties to the community. That's key. These guys are part of the neighborhood. They are going to see you again, and as such, they want the sale they make to be as upstanding as their name. More

Because I didn't find the color car I wanted on the lot but found one in Northampton, they took me up on my suggestion that they "get" the car so I could give Paul the deal. I believe it was Mark the manager who gave me a good trade in deal as well as approved for the transfer of the car. After seeing the car and deciding it was perfect. The finance guy, Shaune made us feel very comfortable and was very personable in his delivery of service to us. I had heard awesome things about Baker Cadillac and I am so very proud I got my car there and look forward to their phenomenal service that has been so highly complimented. Great job and team work!!! My (New) Used Car! I was feeling pretty down and out after my car was determined to be a total loss as a result of a car accident that was ruled my fault. The insurance I was feeling pretty down and out after my car was determined to be a total loss as a result of a car accident that was ruled my fault. The insurance company paid the finance company significantly less than what I owed on the car, so I wasn't sure what I was going to do to get a new one. Shaune was a miracle worker and my hero. He was able to get me financed for a Honda CR-V, at a lower monthly payment than my previous car loan. He knew how bad I wanted an SUV opposed to a sedan, and worked hard to get me what I wanted. John, who I worked with briefly, was very professional and pleasant to work with as well. I definitely will be returning when it's time to buy a new car again. More
