I have been contemplating the change from a small SUV to a minivan to better accommodate the needs of my young family. I had stopped at Durocher's several times to look at the pre-owned inventory and test drive with my husband and three young children (ages 5,4 and 11 months)who are all in car seats and booster seats. Price and payment are a huge consideration I and truly thought that I'd only be able to afford base models or vehicles older than 2009. I really liked the way the Dodge caravan handled and the features on the 2010 that Durocher's had. To my great surprise the payment was in my range and Charles was amazing! Any of the times I have stopped in I didn't feel pressured to test drive, or fill out paper work. We stopped in on a Friday night on a lark to see how my husband liked the 2010 Dodge compared to the basic 20111 Toyota Sienna we'd just tried elsewhere. We both liked it, and the price couldn't be beat for what we were looking for. I recieved a fair trade-in price on my Toyota Highlander. I now have a vehicle that is five years newer, safer and more spacious than before and peace of mind. Due to my work schedule, we were unable to pick up the car on Moday evening after the paperwork was finalized. Charles took it upon himself to bring the car to our home after hours and finish the paperwork, because that was the most condusive for us. He was so professional, courteous and forthright. He also took the time to show us every feature of the van and how to operate it all. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Charles again, nor hesitate to recommend him to others. He is fantastic! More

On Saturday the 6th of October we were referred to Ben Bright at this dealership. He was courteous, funny and so helpful. We arrived just before closing so he agreed to see us on Monday.
