Ms. Via, I received your review and wanted to reach out to you to let you know that we are sorry that you have had issues with your Nissan Versa. It's never a good thing when a customer feels this way about their car! I have reviewed the issues that you have had with your car; everything from the car shocking you to a broken motor mount. Again, I am sorry that you feel like your car has problems. Upon reviewing your file and speaking with Nissan USA regarding an open complaint you had with them, I see that the vehicle was checked several times throughout the 2014 calendar year for, mostly, the same issue. Our service department and Nissan's techline were never able to duplicate the issues you were having. Sometimes, unfortunately, this happens even though we do our best to avoid situations like this. I would like to let you know that if the $400 fix you are writing about does involve the issues that you complained of previously with us or with Nissan USA, in most cases we can get help from the manufacturer if there is proof that the issues were related and that the vehicle was under factory warranty at the time of the complaint. Please let me know if the Versa was still under warranty at the initial complaint and that the issue you had fixed was related. I will be happy to work for you to see if Nissan will help out!
