Worst service ever! Don't think because you have an appointment they plan to look at your car. No, that only means they will check in your car. I brought my car and they didn't even look at it on the day I brought it in for service. Richard Jordan, Service Mgr., wouldn't even reply to my numerous correspondence on what they did for my car. Too many problems to list and explain my situation. My advise is to find a different dealership in the area. They do have loads of employees, so staffing is not there problem. They didn't even fix the problem! More

Stopped in to check out a used car I had seen online. The entire experience was 5 star worthy. Donald introduced himself and took us right to the vehicle. We returned to purchase the vehicle later that day, with all of the details worked out by text. - LOVED THAT. When we noticed a slight cosmetic issue on the front bumper, Donald had his sales manager check it out and with no hesitation he agreed to put in writing that it would be repaired at our convenience. Finance depart was able to beat our credit union's interest rate, and unlike other dealerships, this part (financing) of the process was pleasant and easy. We especially appreciated the NO pressure experience every step of the way. And when I returned a week later to have the repairs taken care of, Donald had a very nice loaner waiting for me. I consider this top-notch service. I am extremely pleased with Duval Ford. More

After going to 2 other Ford dealerships, with not so great experiences, we were not sure what we were going to get at Duval Ford. The third time was the charm!!
