Mobile service tech Mike Hoffman was great he processed the recall and determined that my dome light wasn't coming on when doors were opened due to a sensor, I believe. The technician called to ask if he could come earlier than scheduled! He was so polite and changed the oil fast. He was also going to rotate my tires as a new purchaser this was all free for the 1st serv than scheduled! He was so polite and changed the oil fast. He was also going to rotate my tires as a new purchaser this was all free for the 1st service. I just had my front brakes changed so the tires were rotated a few weeks earlier. I was surprised at how fast he changed the oil. There was not one drop of oil on my driveway when he finished! I highly recommend the mobile service. More
