I live 85 miles from Jacksonville. The night before I I left Malcom Daigle had sent me an Auto Trader.com guaranteed trade-in value. This has never happened to me. I had a prior appointment, and had had a "horrendous" experience. I informed Malcom Daigle and he insured they didn't operate like that at Duval Ford (I'd rather keep the particulars out) and would ensure that my experience would be a good one. Mathew Tudor was very professional, and the process went as fast as to be expected I was very please. I was there about 6 hours. More

I was looking for a vehicle to get into with more room for my family. My kids were out growing the back seat of my 2010 Ford Fusion. I didn't want to play the Lets make a deal game that comes with buying a new vehicle.So, I found a Ford Edge on Duval Fords web page.Wayne Rodale was listed as the contact. I called Wayne and explained my situation and what I wanted and what my budget for a new car was. He went to work, stayed in contact via phone and e-mail. Most of the deal was handled this way in the interest of my time. Basically the reason I went to dealership was to drive the Edge, get my Fusion appraised and to do paper work. Wayne Rodale took care of everything in a professional manner,and was a pleasure to work with. No games...of bait and switch...let me check with my boss...etc...you know what I mean if you have ever purchased a vehicle before. Like I said, I told Wayne where I was...what I wanted to do..and he did all the work and put me in the vehicle I wanted. I felt like the whole buying experience was pleasant with no stress.Like it should be right? More Dealerships should operate this way and they would have repeat customers.I feel like I made a friend in Wayne during this process. Thank-you Wayne Rodale and Chris in finance for a hassle free experience for me and my Family. Last month, I made my second purchase of a new Ford truck Last month, I made my second purchase of a new Ford truck from Duval Ford and I wanted to give the staff a good review. I got excellent customer Last month, I made my second purchase of a new Ford truck from Duval Ford and I wanted to give the staff a good review. I got excellent customer service from James, Susan, Mathew, and Antonio. Duval had the best deal after looking for 2-3 months and at 4-5 dealerships. My first truck was a new 1999 Ford F150 4x4 from Duval and I just traded it in on a new 2012 F250 4x4. I was not an easy customer to deal with. I did my research and had patience and even changed my mind at one point. No pressure from James or Susan and they were very helpful, professional, and courteous. When I finally made my decision, James found the truck and delivered it the next day. Also, I want to compliment the guy that drove it from Bainbridge, GA. He must have driven 55 mph the whole 200 miles because the mpg said 15.5 and thats a 6.2 liter gas engine. About a week later, I had a repair request and Antonio and James were very helpful in resolving the issue. They could have easily avoided me and the repair, but offered prompt customer service and a quality professional repair. This crew is an asset to the staff, and kudos to the managers that hired them. I have a good working relationship with this dealership and I recommend Duval Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle or service. More

My husband and I contacted 6 different dealerships,including another local Ford dealer.Our experience with the first 5 competing dealers was awful across the board.Brian Harvey provided ex dealerships,including another local Ford dealer.Our experience with the first 5 competing dealers was awful across the board.Brian Harvey provided exactly what we needed,and Matthew went out of his way to provide options and details on his end of the deal.We were 3 time Saturn owners,and can truthfully report that Ford has the best chance of absorbing their now defunct customer base if the practices of Duval Ford can be duplicated.If service after the sale is at the same level as point of purchase,we will be responsible for new business recommendations both at the 'word-of mouth' level and at our businesses.
