I came in after reviewing the online inventory to see an extremely well priced 2010 Acura TSX, and was cheerfully greeted by Brian. Brian immediately made a few calls and told me that he was going to go pick up the car that night (mind you it was well after 8pm) and he told me I could come back tomorrow at my leisure to view the car I wanted. The next morning I came and my car was right there waiting for me to look it over. I was very impressed with the car after a test drive, but was a little disappointed with a few cosmetic flaws on both bumpers. Brian agreed, and even though the aggressive pricing was to sell the vehicle "as is" he spoke with the Fixed Operations Manager, Vince, and offered to have both bumpers completely repainted!! In no time I completed all the financing with Chris Hayes (and time was of the essence seeing as how I had my 2yr old daughter with me) and on my way out the door. They have really taken the time and streamlined the entire process of what used to be a long, drawn out, all day affair of buying a car. All of the members of the Duval Ford team were nothing short of kind, courteous, and fair. I was nervous tackling the car buying experience by myself as a woman, because we have all heard the horror stories, but I would recommend Brian and the team to anyone looking for a fair and honest deal. More

Duval Ford is a new dealership I have never worked with in the past. I have heard great reviews from referrals and decided to drive the 2 hours north from my residence to check it out. The only two negative things I can say are these: 1. Lack of 6-cyl F-150's. Nearly all were 8-cyl. Gas prices are an issue with me and with others, I suspect. Nor is that only apply to Duval Ford. Found similar thing at other local Ford dealers. 2. Your website works either very slow or is not responsive at all. I used Duvalford.com. Maybe there is another website? More

They are very friendly and very helpful. My vehicle was slightly damaged when I ran over a traffic cone and they put it back together along with my service at no additional charge.
