Worst service ever! Don't think because you have an appointment they plan to look at your car. No, that only means they will check in your car. I brought my car and they didn't even look at it on the day I brought it in for service. Richard Jordan, Service Mgr., wouldn't even reply to my numerous correspondence on what they did for my car. Too many problems to list and explain my situation. My advise is to find a different dealership in the area. They do have loads of employees, so staffing is not there problem. They didn't even fix the problem! More

Recently I was traveling from Georgia to Jacksonville! !!! Unfortunately, I had car problems and Duval Ford was awesome and worked me in to their schedule without to much of a wait! I had 2 different service consultants And they were kind enough to even give me their cell phone number and keep me In formed!!! Although, I had to make other arrangements to get back home , the People there were kind enough to help me all the way till the end !!!!! A special shout out to The service manager !!!
