Initial repair was very pricy. But after technician actually looked at car a less expensive repair was needed. So glad that technician didn’t just rely on diagnostic results from computer. So happy that he actually looked at car to do a real diagnosis. Also Renee the service representative went above and beyond to make sure I have transportation during repair. Great customer service all around.

Did an excellent job, diagnosing and repairing my truck in a fast reasonable time. Helped with transportation while truck was being service. Excellent job. Service department overall was very friendly.

Four in the afternoon passenger door will not shut while in Orange Park. I was going to take to Duval the next morning but realized battery would go dead because lights would stay on. I go into apnic mood and head for Duval. There at 5:00 so I guessed closed and still panic mode. I walk in ask if stiill open answer yes sir. Long story short Christopher Carter treated me like I was the first customer of the day. He also say I was very nervous and was able to assure me everything could be handled and calmed me down. Now the extra mile. He asked me to wait a minute while he checked something inside. He came back out and said there was a recall on the latch and it would be no charge and also had a rental car on the way at no charge. This attitude and treatment followed throughout the entire process. Made a stressed out old man feel a lot better. KUDOS KUDOS KUDOS to Christopher.

Bob Oreilly sold us the truck and we are very happy with it. People still are telling us what a good looking truck we have. We get our oil changes done at the dealer and are happily surprised when the same person is there over a year now to do our write up and service needs.

Had the best experience I've had servicing my vehicle at a dealership. Went in for a recalled fuel pump and pilot change on my Ford Flex EcoBoost. Schedule was done quickly. They had the parts in stock and ready to go. Staff was friendly, and my favorite thing is they did a full walk around inspection inside and out. They looked for any scratches, dents or damage as well as any missing pieces and did itemization of anything I had in the vehicle. That put my mind at ease, because I knew if anything came up missing or damaged that they had a record showing it was either there or not previously. Never had a dealership do that before. I just purchased this vehicle from out of state, but will only be servicing it here. Thanks!

After a disastrous phone call run around with service I called and complained about making a 22 minute call to get an appointment and didn’t. When someone called me back to fix the problem all with the visit went as I would have expected. Staff up front are courteous and professional

"Fantastic Service, and done WELL."

As a longtime Ford customer, I've been having a lot of trouble with my 2015 Focus. Duval Ford gladly took my car in from a tow without any appointment and Brad called me immediately for more information and after a few days they did all of the needed work under warranty even though my car just hit over the warranty mileage! I've never been more impressed with the professionalism and the care that the service advisors showed me. I can't remember the name of the advisor that helped me the day I came to pick up my car but she was also fantastic. They made me feel at home and at ease about the situation. I will be coming back to Duval for any future services or purchases I make. SO impressed!
