Outstanding Customer Service I firmly believe in your dealership and the quality of your service, but I especially appreciate the customer service you provide. Specially, the way I firmly believe in your dealership and the quality of your service, but I especially appreciate the customer service you provide. Specially, the way your employees bend over backwards to assist us. I left AutoNation due to poor customer service and after finding your dealership, I will never go to anyone else. My service advisor Mike Constantin (sp), is the very best. On two occasions, we had two minor issues; however, they were cleared up with Mike in no time. He took care of both issues and when the delay was a little longer than expected, Mike followed-up with me to keep me informed. I enjoy coming to the dealership and I always wait for my service to be completed. It gives me an opportunity to talk to your employees, especially Luis Molina. I do have one issue that wasn't resolved, that pertains to having my windshield repaired. It had nothing to do with Mike, but with the company you use as a windshield repair company. I had an E-Z Pass toll tag from Virginia on my windshield. When I got into my vehicle, I noticed the toll tag on my seat. I asked why they didn't reinstall my toll tag, and I was told it wasn't part of the windshield. I am no idiot and I know that, but it was on the windshield when I brought it in there. It was attached with Velcro. I believe they should carry Velcro with them and reattach any item that was previously on the windshield. My car should have been returned in the condition they received it. I will not recommend anyone to have they windshield repaired by Duval Ford. I know it isn't your company; however, if you are going to have them recommended by your company, they should be able to provide the same customer service your company provide. Finally, I am a retired Marine and I didn't appreciate the employees who told me that it wasn't part of the windshield. I am 63 years old. Anyway, please pass on to Mike my sincerest appreciation in his hard work and dedication to outstanding customer service BTW, I didn't tell him about the windshield issue, if I would have, I know he would have resolved this issue for me. Thank you and I look forward to seeing you guys again. More
