I suspected a bad crankcase seal but the technician diagnosed a bad timing cover gasket. The repair was flawless. No more leaks. Good job to tech Matthew Fanton and Service Advisor John Rohde. Mathew found a coolant leak and with my approval also replaced the thermostat housing and sensors. John kept me informed throughout the repairs and even applied a senior discount. More

Average Service Department, Good Service Rep It seems as if every time I take my vehicle in, the staff of the service department is very welcoming and kind. We have never met so many people ready to help, when we were trading our first explorer in to all of the oil changes on our new one, Berry and Jose wo We have never met so many people ready to help, when we were trading our first explorer in to all of the oil changes on our new one, Berry and Jose worked for hours and got us a better deal then we had on our first explorer, and Stephen in service has rescued me from a gas station when my gas tank locked and i couldn't fill up, and has always made sure after an oil change to wash and vacuum my car, so it always looks new!
