Worth the drive You don’t drive nearly 4 hours to buy a vehicle unless it’s a good deal. When I called to let them know I was interested but couldn’t get down there You don’t drive nearly 4 hours to buy a vehicle unless it’s a good deal. When I called to let them know I was interested but couldn’t get down there right away (being 250 miles away), they put a hold on the sale of the vehicle for 3 days until I had a chance to see it in person. The guys at Dwain Taylor obviously spent a lot of time cleaning the vehicle inside and out; even the engine compartment looked nearly showroom clean. I was lucky enough to have Nick Ryan as my sales associate and wouldn’t hesitate to do business with him or the company again. They even filled the tank while the paperwork was being completed. I wish they were closer to Shelbyville; but I’ll do the long drive again when the time comes based on my experience. More

Lemon Was sold a 2016 Chevy Cruze in December of 2015 brand new 11 miles on it. Had a air leak in window and while fixing it jabbed a whole through my door Was sold a 2016 Chevy Cruze in December of 2015 brand new 11 miles on it. Had a air leak in window and while fixing it jabbed a whole through my door panel and did not want to fix it . The engine light came on in May and was replaced after 3 months got car back and the car overheated twice and had to be towed . Now they want me to trade this car in to make more money and pay an extra 250$ a month on car payments!! This car is a lemon and they will not help especially mike Scott I have never dealt w anyone more rude !! Disgusted at no end and I have an attorney . Buying process was a breeze tho they do all they can to rip you off and make them an extra buck More

I was put in contact with Chad Fritsche who took his time in discussing with me what kind of vehicle I might be interesed in. After the decision was made on what I wanted he carried me through all the steps of the trading process with no "high pressure" to make an immediate purchase. After three days of thinking about a "deal" I called Chad and and told him I was ready to trade. The next day I returned to Dwain Taylor and within a couple of hours had my new Equinox. Chad made the buying experience very pleasant and meaningful. Other dealership personnel also were very helpful in going over the different aspects of my new vehicle such as "terms of purchase" and "new vehicle features" like XM Radio and 'back-up camera." I have nothing but good things to say about Chad and the entire Dwain Taylor team. More

They were completely unwilling to negotiate any aspect of the transaction. Didn't reduce the listed asking price by one penny. After doing some research on the Internet I was willing to proceed with the deal but I informed the salesman I wasn't agreeable to the $189 " process and handling fee". Most of the dealerships I've dealt with in my lifetime attempt to levy this fee but remove it upon request. They didn't. I purchased a more equipped auto (same model with comparable miles) for $1,000 less. I would highly suggest anyone considering using this dealership, do their due diligence at other dealerships that actually appreciate their prospective customers. More
