Took my vehicle to Chrysler to get it diagnose for a check engine light p0305 for misfire. Was told it needed a ECU. Ask if this was going to fix my car and it was confirm it would. $1500 dollars later check engine light p0305 for misfire. Was told it needed a ECU. Ask if this was going to fix my car and it was confirm it would. $1500 dollars later Didn’t even get to drive my car 60 miles after the ECU was replaced and check engine light came back on. Took it back in, was told it was a dead misfire on cylinder 5 due to rundown camshaft and lifter. quoted me a new long block for over $10k plus or can try attempt to fix for $5,700. talk to service manager asking for help since my car was not fix and was basically charged for nothing. He assure there was more codes that the ECU did fix which he didn’t show proof of. I knew that was the only code my car had when I dropped it off. Basically took my money and nothing was fix, do feel like they took advantage of me. Also communication was very little if any, I had to be calling since they kept my car there for almost 3 weeks to get a ECU installed that didn’t even fix my car. To top it off they offer me a job there…. No way I can work for a company that does not take care of their customers. More

I took my RAM 1500 in for the Tail Gate Recall I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and was told that the procedure would take approximately 20 minutes. I took my free coffee to the waiting area and sat down. TWO HOURS later I inquired as to the status of my vehicle. Withing five minutes my truck arrived at the customer pick up area and no real explanation of the delay was offered. I think that had I not inquired I may still be sitting there waiting! More
The buying process was smooth however, it was only because I had done my research. I found my car on car gurus, and I had also already applied for financing through my credit union. As I drove home, t because I had done my research. I found my car on car gurus, and I had also already applied for financing through my credit union. As I drove home, the gas light went on, which left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ve never purchased a car from a dealership where they didn’t fill the tank. Another thing that bothered me was there was no mount for my front license plate that’s required in Washington state and they stated they don’t do that on used cars and that a lot of their owners don’t want front license plates but I really don’t care. I intend to abide by the law so now I have to pay someone to drill the holes put the mountain to have a front license plate. More
