They were polite and business like. I explained what I wanted to be done. I needed an oil change and I believed that my rotors were warped. They gave me a price for the oil change and I explained what I wanted to be done. I needed an oil change and I believed that my rotors were warped. They gave me a price for the oil change and new rotors and pads. I was told me my calipers were good. My vehicle had 41000 miles and it was time for a transmission service, but could wait until 60,000 miles because the car was not driven hard. The bill for parts was not surprising but the cost of labor seemed a bit much. They got me in by 0800 and out the door by 1030. They completed the oil change, pads and rotors and transmission service. The labor was $665, Better that $200 an hour. The Waiting room was clean as was the mens restroom I did not need an appointment for this work. Showed up early at the Express Service Bay. The service was excellent. The staff is engaging and easy to work with. They kept me informed on the progress. It was a good experience except for the cost. Total bill was $1583.85 More
