Dyer Chevrolet

They don't want to sell you a car i have been to Dyer 2 times now trying to buy a chevy cruze. The first time i was there for 4 hours trying to get supposed financing. I told them how i have been to Dyer 2 times now trying to buy a chevy cruze. The first time i was there for 4 hours trying to get supposed financing. I told them how much i could afford and they came back with payments that i could have bought a cadillac for. The second time which was today i did the same thing told them upfront how much i could pay which car i wanted they had the information on my trade from before. They again came back to me with payments of 271.00/month! they told me it was the right amout for the financing. HA! For a 2014 chevy cruze? I will not be going back. If the Dyers read this you have a VERY upset customer. I am a cancer patient and told them that i did not want my time wasted i get tired to quick. They again jerked my chain. I don;t know if its because im a female or what. They need to get with the program i am buying a car tomm. I know i can be treated better someplace else. More

He was gracious and thoughtful, then passed the baton to his sales manager. We came to an agreement an then shortly thereafter I drove the Tahoe home. Great experience! Before going to Dyer I had walked out of a few dealerships due to rude salesman and dealers giving me false info on a truck to get me into the dealer. Before going to Dyer I had walked out of a few dealerships due to rude salesman and dealers giving me false info on a truck to get me into the dealer.I walked into Dyer at about closing time since no other dealer worked out and met Mike Ciemko and he was glad to help me even tho most of the dealership had gone home for the night . Since I was greeted so well I came back the next day and bought a truck with Mike . Mike was great the entire time and was patient and helpful with all my concerns and questions . I would buy again from Mike at Dyer or recommend him to friends . I am going to take Mike fishing once my new truck is set up to tow my boat since he did me so well on the sale . Thank You Steve G. Communication My wife brought her vehicle in today for oil change, balance and rotation. Arrived @ 9:00 am and was sitting there until a little after 1:00, ok they My wife brought her vehicle in today for oil change, balance and rotation. Arrived @ 9:00 am and was sitting there until a little after 1:00, ok they were busy and gave a card for a free detail. She said everyone treated her well and were nice. But..... I am updating the review, although Brandon did not return my call on my phone he did call my wife's phone Shortly after the original review was posted. He did take the time to explain that they had to take the truck to the interstate to test the truck for the vibrations at highway speeds which explains the 30 miles on the vehicle. And he did offer for her to come by and get some fuel which we won't do but is appreciated. Keep your customers informed about things like this and a lot of time is saved. Thanks. More

Great Buying Experience! After 6 months of researching Chevy Colorado Diesels but not finding any dealers in my area with a good selection I finally found Dyer Chevy in Vero B After 6 months of researching Chevy Colorado Diesels but not finding any dealers in my area with a good selection I finally found Dyer Chevy in Vero Beach Florida. They had 6 diesel models in various trim levels on the lot one of which was pretty much exactly what I was looking for! When I arrived at the dealership I met up with Steve Prowett. He was an extremely friendly and knowledgable. I did have a few odd questions about frame coatings he didn’t know the answer to but he was quick to find out exactly what I needed to know. I didn’t feel like he was giving me false information just to make the sale. There wasn’t a lot of back and forth when it came time to put together a deal. We came up with an agree upon price and I met up with Kevin Dolan another great guy who I believed is primarily involved with the finance end of the transaction. Since I was paying cash we mainly went over extend ended warranty information and exterior protection upgrades. All in all I had a great experience and would highly recommend Dyer chevy! It was a little drive for me but well worth it for the great service and nice selection! More
