Folks...you won't find a nicer, more amenable Executive (General) Manager than Jonathan Hardie, and he totally leads by example. It is quite obvious to us that the staff at Dyer Chevrolet in Vero Beach is following his lead. Our purchase was handled exceptionally well by two very talented individuals by the name of Cody Horstman, and Carlos Trujillo. Both sales consultants were very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. There was never any pressure like you find at most other dealerships, both Cody and Carlos went "above and beyond the call of duty" and the smooth, friendly customer care that these two young men provided us with was further exemplified by both Ken Novander, one of the Sales Managers, and John Sottile, one of the Finance Managers. Daniel Mclain was also very friendly and helpful upon our first few visits to Dyer Chevrolet. By the way...the outstanding customer service didn't stop in the showroom. We were also treated with the same respect, kindness, and understanding by Josh Stafford in the Service Department. Josh is also very knowledgeable and his ability to communicate with us in a friendly, helpful manner far exceeded any service dept. staff member that either of us have dealt with in the last 40 years! Love my Malibu! I have been dealing with Dyer since 2008 when I purchased a 2009 Chevy Malibu. Had every bit of work & oil changes done there on it since then and la I have been dealing with Dyer since 2008 when I purchased a 2009 Chevy Malibu. We came to Jesse about 2 months ago explain I wanted to take the time to say thank you to Jesse Vasquez and the team he works with at Dyer Chevrolet. We came to Jesse about 2 months ago explaining to him what type of truck our son wanted and what he was able to afford, which left a very small inventory to choose from. Jesse continued to keep his eye out for the perfect truck for Justin. And when he found it, we (his parents) were out on a cruise, but some how he held on to that perfect truck long enough for us to get there.
