Service on my 2015 Impala I recently purchased a new 2015 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. It required some minor detailing and a couple warranty issues. I got scheduled in to take care o I recently purchased a new 2015 Chevrolet Impala LTZ. It required some minor detailing and a couple warranty issues. I got scheduled in to take care of those discrepancies at the Vero Beach location and had the pleasure of meeting their professional service staff. In particular Tim Zerbe my service writer. He was very perfossinal and courtious. He fully explained all that was to happen in the process of the visit and he was able to resolve all the discrepancies. I was set up with a rental car while mine was being serviced. When I picked my car up it was very nicely detailed. Great Job Tim!!! More

Now I realize why the vehicle was marked "not for sale" someone must have known that it was a lemon. And feel like a fool for making the purchase. Guess my mistake was that I trusted the Dealership.
