Some of the service advisors should be fired. They couldn’t care less about fixing your car, have zero communication skills, and simply ignore your calls. They also love to find reasons to tell you a warranty problem isn’t covered by warranty, and that you have to pay out of pocket for a repair, when it’s so clearly obvious it’s a warranty item. Sales is mostly fine, except for Dale Lawrence, who will screw you harder with a smile than anybody I’ve ever seen. The management is rotten, as they respond to these reviews with what seems like concern, only then to not return your calls either. This was an excellent dealership in the early 2000s and prior, but now it’s a bloated pig with opportunistic and predatory practices, that upper management endorse. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Dyer and Dyer. The salespeople at were very professional and worked with me on what I needed and gave me a very good deal that I could not pass up. The car was fully inspected and all repairs were taken care of including new brakes which I asked to be included as a "we-owe" condition to the sale. The purchasing process was made very smooth and they walked me through the manufacturer options as well as some Volvo add-on options. I am very satisfied with the purchase and the level of care I received. The only drawback was that the tag did not arrive until the exact day that my temporary expired. Not sure if this was the tag and titles department at Dyer and Dyer dropping the ball or just typical slow bureaucracy, but I would advise that you check in on the process frequently. More

They called me once to let me know my car was ready, but when I got there, it had a flat tire. They promised to fix the tire same day, but an hour later, came out to tell me they didn't have a tire. Service requires an appointment to ensure a loaner will be available, but when you get there, there is no loaner available. This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. More

I HAD A BETTER pre owned VOLVO BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM A NISSAN DEALER IN KENNESAW,Ga. How embarrassing this should be to an actual Volvo dealer !!! Ron/ Terron is attentive and responsive but the moment we said we would buy that evening , the demeanor changed from being a VIP buyer to we were bothering him in a way. All that aside ( except, STILL 15 yrs later remember Nick from Nissan favorably ), I get the pre-owned Volvo certified ( per the website ) home I realize we should have gotten TWO master keys. Nope - sent home with the orange spare key only. I had no idea until we googled it. Orange key to the vehicle means you are a guest driving ! We had to call and ask for the two keys. It was not immediately rectified! Had to make calls and my time to get it resolved and a new trip up there 40 miles away. The rims on the car has heavy mud sediment in them which made me spend extra money and time to get two different car reports to see what was up with the car. Was it in a flood ? Did I make a bad purchase from what I thought was a reputable dealer ??? List keeps going ! Then over a month in I get a call from the dealer that needed to get emissions on the vehicle so the state can process my tag !!!! ….. a week later I call them because my dealer tag expired ( 45 days after the purchase) and no call back. Day two call and a guy said he would personally handle it. Hours go by and nothing … I call again and learn it’s my issue to take it up with my local tag office. UGH !!!!!!!!!!!!! Never ever will I recommend them. I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows how painful this was for no reason. After 15 yrs I felt i deserved a newer car , found this place , thought it was gonna be a great experience and it’s not. I’m so sad , disappointed and wish I would have just taken my current volvo to a shop ( not theirs) to be upgraded and adjusted and went about my day. Shame on you Dyer and Dyer !!!!!!!!!!!! More
