We purchased a certified used XC 60 in August for our teenage daughter. About a week before our tag expiration we called the dealership because we had not we saved our tag and we did not want it to expire. Very long story short after four weeks we still do not have a tag. We have called numerous times, including the sales person, sales managers and the general manager, and have gotten nothing but lies. Every day they say that we will get it ASAP or someone will go pick it up that day. Then every time we ask, we get some excuse, our tag person is not in or we don’t have a Runner today or any excuse they can give us. I think if you do not have a need, the dealership would be good, but if there is a problem, they are absolutely horrible. More
