We were purchasing a new SUV for our family, and was concerned about safety and the usability of some of the features of the car. Chi, our finance manager was quick and kept things moving. We all know that purchasing a car could take hours but they really tried to work with us and made things as easy and quick as possible. It was helpful since we had 2 little ones with us.
