This was a really tough transaction as I traded in 2 new cars to downsize to just 1 and lower my monthly payments, they made the impossible happen through relentless follow through and I am so grateful it was able to happen. The process once approved was seamless and quick. A special shout out to Charles Cook as well, his paperwork was correct and quick! Dale was kind enough to ride 25 miles back to my house to pick up my 2nd car as I had no way of getting both to the dealership. It was pouring rain and a miserable night. I so appreciate this! In a time when there is little to no inventory in the lots, they could have easily not bothered with my deal. I bought a 2022 XC60 Polestar hybrid, not only is it beautiful, it is sexy, fast and great on gas, this is the first time in many years I have had just 1 car.
