I am utterly shocked, disappointed and disgusted in the service department! The service manager seems as though he has no control, he just calls everyday (a month now) and sadly tells you that they dont kn service department! TOUCH my car and fix it PLEASE! No loaner car available for me over all this time...i have called Volvo corporate office last week.
