If you value your time stay far away from Dyer and Dyer. I scheduled an appointment for 10:30. Showed up on time. It was for the 1st 10k maintenance. Should take about an 1 to 1.5 hours. The service rep asked if I wanted to wait or if I'd come back for it. My first mistake was saying I was going to uber and do errands and come back. He then let me know it might be later in the day or possibly the next day; good thing I was going to wait for it right. Never got a call that day. The next day I called 3 times trying to get to the service rep to see if the car was ready. Dyer and Dyer uses a scheduling service so the phone doesn't even ring through to the service department. The best they can do is email the service rep. After leaving 3 messages I just decided to go over around 1PM. When I got there they hadn't even touched the car. So, I got the car back and am now having to take it to a different Volvo dealership. The guy wasn't even apologetic just said they were busy. They use to be so good too. I've been taking previous Volvos there since 2013. More

I joined the Volvo family this week and could not be happier with my new XC60 and the experience at Dyer & Dyer! I haven't bought a car in nine years, so I was initially stressed going into it, but thos happier with my new XC60 and the experience at Dyer & Dyer! I haven't bought a car in nine years, so I was initially stressed going into it, but those feelings didn't last long. Sergei was awesome—he patient with me, listened to what I was asking for, and very knowledgeable. I never felt pressured, even in F&I (shout out to Chi for being so easygoing). Pricing was straightforward and fair, and I was happy not to have to negotiate, plus I got a great deal on my trade-in. When it was time to leave in my new car, Sergei went over all the main features with me again, answered questions, and made sure I got my phone connected and Volvo On Call set up. The whole process was so smooth—I don't think I could've asked for a better car-buying experience. I highly recommend Sergei and Dyer & Dyer! More

The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly but had zero follow-up with us. I visited twice including a test drive with my wife. Run from this dealership as fast as you can. The service department will treat you like absolute trash if / when your Volvo has a service issue. I bought my wife a 2021 Volvo XC90 in November and have had it in the service department twice with issues. We currently have water pouring into our vehicle from the rear view mirror every time it rains. My wife made an appointment weeks ago and upon arriving at the dealership this morning was told it would be hours before they could check out this issue. She requested a loaner car and was told she’d have to come back in late May if she’d like a loaner car while our brand new Volvo is being repaired for the second time in months. The frustrating part was that she was told on the phone that they would evaluate the water intrusion issue as soon as she arrived this morning and if it was going to take more than a day to repair they’d provide a loaner car. Not to mention I’ve owned bMWs and Acura and loaner vehicles are customary at those dealerships. This is absolutely unacceptable. I can guarantee if you’re expecting a luxury car experience, you will not get this at Dyer & Dyer Volvo. More
I could not be happier with my experience here. I mentioned once that I had a problem with my lease that was ending, and it was instantly taken care of. I will be back and Dyer & Dyer Volvo changed the way I look at car dealerships.
