I walked into the dealership wanting to test drive a used vehicle and since I did not want to deal with the hassle of shrewd negotiations buying a vehicle was not on my agenda for the day. After the test drive the salesman asked what i thought and if i would like to see some numbers. As purchasing a car was on my list of things to do in the near future i did want to see some numbers. Upon looking at the numbers i gasped but this was prior to them running my credit. At this point The salesman noted that the number would be different if they ran my credit. I filled out a credit application and almost immediately i saw a drastic change and with one last effort I told them what i was thinking and they agreed. The sales process with what i was willing to pay only took about 20 mins and i walked out with a new-ish vehicle. This is where things get interesting. When test driving and looking over the vehicle i did not notice some obvious issues. To be fair this was a used car. Once i got home and started looking over the vehicle i did pick up on some concerns. At this point i went back to the dealership and talked to Roman Byceck, the Pre-Owned Director. I showed him the concerns and without any hesitation he said he would make it right, and did make it right. I bought the car as a happy customer but own the car as a super happy customer. Dyer & Dyer is one of the few dealerships that truly valued my business and went above and beyond to make things right with me. More
