There aren't many in the USA, therefore not many within a 5 hour radius from our city in north Florida. We found one at Dyer and Dyer and talked over our trade and purchase options with Allan and were finally able to drive up to make the deal. I can not tell you how amazing and smooth and enjoyable the experience was, even from 5 hours away. Negotiation was more than fair. My experience at the dealership was a disaster! I had Chi Liu as my salesman who was more than unpleasant!!!! Where do I begin.... it was so many issues with him not wanting to sell my vehicle of choice to m Liu as my salesman who was more than unpleasant!!!! Where do I begin.... it was so many issues with him not wanting to sell my vehicle of choice to me being that he had it RESERVED for another couple. After telling me preapproval of $36k from capital 1 was basically garbage and telling me I had to put down $3600 on a $13k car I was forced to PROVE THAT I WAS WORTHY OF THE VEHICLE DESPITE MY 753 credit score. So after he didn’t really want me to test drive the vehicle and lying about the specs on the car (I researched the car prior to arriving so it was EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED) I was more than DETERMINED TO GET MY DREAM CAR... so I applied for an auto loan right from my phone through my bank and was INSTANTLY APPROVED AND HE STILL DIDNT WANT TO SELL ME THE CAR! He said “OH WHAT YOU’VE GOT ANOTHER PREAPPROVAL?” I told him no I was APPROVED so NOW WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME? He seemed as though he didn’t understand I was APPROVED and told me to call my bank (WHAT FOR!?) So I said “what’s the problem I just was approved for the TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE VEHICLE AND MY CHECK IS SCHEDULED TO PICKUP ON MONDAY (it was Saturday and the bank had already closed). So now he says in order to take the vehicle home then I must write a check for the total amount for them to hold until I return on Monday with the check from the bank. I declined that option and so after pretending as though he had to check with his GM to see if I could take the car home (the person who finalized my loan said it was up to my salesman so HE HAD THE AUTHORITY TO DO IT) he agreed to let me take MY CAR home but not BEFORE TELLING ME THAT IT STILL WASNT MY CAR “JUST” YET... as he stalls more I FINALLY SEE THE COUPLE THAT DROVE MILES TO PURCHASE THE CAR ALL IN THE INSIDE OF MY CAR TAKING PICTURES AND ALL BEFORE I HAVE EVEN HAD A CHANCE TO TAKE PICTURES OF MY OWN NEW RIDE!!!!! I come outside to ADMIRE MY CAR AS WELL and the couple gets out and says “oh we didn’t do anything to your car we were just admiring it!” “So am I” I say and grab my keys from the salesman! Not a “congratulations on your new purchase“, “thank you for your business” NOTHING!!!! So I was racially profiled and TREATED LESS THAN the ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE!!!!! This is not the HALF of it (racial remarks on SEVERAL OCCASIONS) but I said ALL THIS TO SAY I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! More
