XC60 - 24 Month Service I could not be more pleased with my service experience. Rick, the Service Manager, was especially courteous and pleasant to work with. He did me the great favor of picking up my car in the morning and returning it before noon, with 24 month service completed, including a manufacturer's recall service on the rear hatch supports.
