So, when I walked into Dyer & Dyer, I expected much of the same. Nicholas was my salesman and he surprised me right away. He made it clear that this dealership isn't into all-too-known games, but rather prefers to take a human approach. I finished the test drive, they valued my trade-in, and about 10min of talking later, we had a deal. I drove away happy in a new XC90, all thanks to Nicholas' laid back approach. If you need a Volvo, I recommend you ask for Nick if you want your experience to be pressure-free. More

I was amazed at how much time, effort and patience he took with me...considering he could be selling someone else a high end Volvo. He answered every question about the car and went over all the options with me. I've worked in customer service myself now for 25 years and I can honestly say that Azriel is a shining example of what the customer experience should be.
