Allan is a Star I was a customer of the service department for many years, although I did not purchase my Volvo in Georgia. When it was becoming clear I was going to I was a customer of the service department for many years, although I did not purchase my Volvo in Georgia. When it was becoming clear I was going to need a new vehicle I spoke to Allan Friedman on the sales floor. I was actually looking for a newer, used car similar to my own. Allen looked for one, and contacted me when he had one, but it just wasn't right. For the next year I continued to search and occasionally pop in to see Allen. Well, when I finally decided on another model, Allen was there to help. He never forgot about me, and he showed great patience as I hemmed and hawed. In the end, I am very happy with my 2017 Volvo XC6, Allan, and Dyer and Dyer. More

Great & Friendly Car Buying Experience I'm so glad I visited Dyer & Dyer Volvo dealership on 3/16/2018. A few days ago I called their dealership and spoke with Allan about an available gol I'm so glad I visited Dyer & Dyer Volvo dealership on 3/16/2018. A few days ago I called their dealership and spoke with Allan about an available gold 2011 Toyota Prius Three. Luckily no one bought yet! So I scheduled an appointment with Allan for 3/16/2018 and I'm soooooo glad I walked through their doors. As a lady that is not as familiar with the car buying process, it can be a little intimidating. But from the time I got to the dealership to the drove off with my new wheels - their staff was so helpful and professional. The wonderful, friendly receptionist was welcoming - and I don't spend my hard earned money where I am not appreciated. Whenever you walk in a business (that values your business), they should greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed. I asked to speak with Allan (Super Salesman) and Allan came shortly to hand me the keys so that I could test drive. As he made a copy of my license, I took the keys and my friend (who is more knowledgeable when it comes to cars) started looking at the car front to back, under the hood, tire treads etc. The car fax was satisfactory and after test driving on windy and hilly roads my friend and I were also impressed too (which is not easy to accomplish LOL). So then we enter Allan's office and discuss the numbers. Luckily for me the sale price on the car was under thousands of dollars compared to Kelley Blue Book (if you buy a used car...ALWAYS LOOK AT CARFAX AND COMPARE ON KELLEY BLUE BOOK's WEBSITE). Obviously with a great deal, I couldn't walk away. My credit is not perfect, but Allan and Denton (Finance Wiz) were able to offer me with a good interest rate!!! Think I will pay it off much sooner so I won't have a car note as long. Allan answered my questions and my friend's questions with respect - which I appreciate. Even the owner/general manager of the place came by struck up a conversation about my job and jokingly asked Allan to treat me right - Dyer & Dyer knows how to treat their customers! As I was in the financing office Denton offered additional options, and he may have been surprised that I turned down the additional options but he didn't hound me on why I was not interested. So even he understood how to respect a customer's wishes to not add on additional options - he didn't ask harshly or interrogate. With the paperwork to sign, he explained each page and he didn't seem annoyed that I was reading what I was signing, everyone does not have that kind of patience. Pleased with the experience I chipped in a sizable down payment which lowered my car note and I left with my key to my Prius aka GOLDIE! Deception On the paperwork I received when the visit was over, it stated I turned down services for my Check Engine light was on. However that was an untrue statement no one ever came to me and discussed any issues that was found when servicing my vehicle. They walked me to my vehicle and never mentioned the check engine light was on. Disappointed they didn't bother to discuss my options as they stated on the invoice I received when the oil change was done. More

Servicing your precious Volvo Well, Dyer & Dyer knows what is coming with my review, I have also taken my issue to Volvo USA. Service at Dyer & Dyer has drastically gone downhill i Well, Dyer & Dyer knows what is coming with my review, I have also taken my issue to Volvo USA. Service at Dyer & Dyer has drastically gone downhill in the past few years. Not surprising since it is owned by "big corporation" owners who lack any concern for the consumer. I had a service recall and a check engine light on my 2004 S60R and asked if they could fix and repair this, but I needed a loaner since this is my daily drive. Every person I spoke with (phone jockey and two service "advisers") did their very best to block any opportunity to provide me a loaner, making up several "policies" that would prohibit me from getting this critical part of my service repair. Even after I outlined to "Rick", and he confirmed, that the recall, as indicated by Volvo, would take about 3 hours, and the other issue (which ironically likely correlates specifically to the recall) would take additional time, I was still not allowed to have a loaner. To "Rick's" defense, he said they had no loaners that week, but I did call him back and left a message to let me know when they would have a loaner, but I got no call back (again, the trickle down affect). So, I would strongly advise that you don't use this firm for any servicing of your precious Volvo. Having owned 7 Volvos, and I was "Volvo for Life", I have decided never to use this dealership and buy all my future Volvos from another dealership. I have used this firm for many years with at least 3-4 of my 7 Volvos serviced there, but not any more. Servicing your car is essential to keep it working in tip-top condition, and this dealership will run you all around in order to make in convenient for them. I was told they would prefer I bring in the car on their terms and times, and I would prefer them to better understand the core principles of Custer Satisfaction. I have money in my pocket, it is your job to get that money out, total failure for Dyer & Dyer. No, I would no longer recommend this dealership, and fortunately I am dialed in to all us Volvo geeks and have gone on to tell them how bad Dyer & Dyer has gotten. Bravo Zulu guys, just lost another customer! More
