My wife and I have been dealing with Dyer & Dyer for over 8 years through both Volvo new and used car sales as well as service. New and used Volvo sales, which total 4 Volvos, have all been handled by R over 8 years through both Volvo new and used car sales as well as service. New and used Volvo sales, which total 4 Volvos, have all been handled by Rob Bitner. He does a super job and I would highly recommend him. I have used Dyer & Dyer for 15 plus years both from the service side as well as purchasing in excess of 9 new automobiles. I have worked with Alan Friedman from the sales aspect. He has always been pro the service side as well as purchasing in excess of 9 new automobiles. I have worked with Alan Friedman from the sales aspect. He has always been professional and always looking out for my needs. I have often looked at other dealers for new automobiles and have mostly been turned off by their sales tactics. There was usually a distrust as they were trained to look at what goes into their pocket than servicing the customer. Deals wrier often made in a back room where at Dyer & Dyer it is done in the open and above board. I recently purchased a 2011 XC60 which was a positive experience both from the sales, closing and servicing sides. Excellent customer service all the time with follow up calls from Alan, Mark Levy or from the service manager as well. I recommend Dyer & Dyer all the time, not only for god product but excellent service. More
My wife and I have been Volvo owners for some time. Our latest vehicle was a 2003 S80. We were not in the market for a new car. However due to an accident our car was totaled and we needed a replacement (B latest vehicle was a 2003 S80. We were not in the market for a new car. However due to an accident our car was totaled and we needed a replacement (By the way, the S80 performed up to the Volvo reputation of being a safe car. Even though the car was totaled my wife came away from the accident unscathed). Needing a new car and wanting to replace it with a Volvo my wife made some internet inquiries. Mr. Bittner, with Dyer & Dyer Volvo responded back almost immediately. He had taken the information my wife had sent, reviewed his inventory and had several recommendations he felt would meet our needs. My wife and I met with Mr. Bittner and I could not have asked for the deal to have gone any smoother. Rob is extremely knowledgeable about the entire line of Volvo's. However, he quickly realized we had our heart's set on purchasing a new S80. He explained all of the features and benefits of the particular vehicle we were considering and in essence let the car sell itself. At no time did we feel that we were under any pressure to buy. Realizing that the vehicle was going to be my wife's car he very astutely made sure he answered all of her questions and concerns. We could not have asked for a more professional and caring individual than Rob Bittner to help us with our automobile purchase. He certainly stands far and above of what many of us have come to know as the "car salesman". One of the things I hate the most is buying a new car. The negotiating, the game that one appears to have to go through to make a deal, irritates me to no end. Rob and Dyer & Dyer made the purchase a straight forward, simple deal (Yes! There was a bit of negotiation.) If you are in the market for a new automobile I would highly recommend a Volvo. And I would recommend you buy that Volvo from Mr.Rob Bittner at Dyer & Dyer Volvo. I am a single mother of 3 with a 2005 XC98 and the sole income for my family. When I came to Dyer and Dyer my vehicle dash was showing a warning for "Transmission requires service" light. I brought it income for my family. When I came to Dyer and Dyer my vehicle dash was showing a warning for "Transmission requires service" light. I brought it in immediately. I was really very nervous about ths, as my car is out of warranty but I had no option but to have it repaired. John Dunn was somehow able to get my transmission and my radiator replaced through Volvo at NO COST to me!! I can't tell you what a blessing that John and his staff have been to me and my family! He took the initiative to look at my car and almost imediately located a potiential problem that could have become a real money issue if left unresolved. Mr Escobar as a service manager exibits the utmost in integritey, professionalism and knowlegde relating to my Volvo experience.
