During the sale, they were on point. The after sale support and communication has been abysmal. It has been more than 30 days since my purchase, and they still haven’t paid off my trade The after sale support and communication has been abysmal. It has been more than 30 days since my purchase, and they still haven’t paid off my trade in loan. I don’t live in Atlanta, so I can’t swing by the dealership…so I’m relying on phone calls. I’ve left multiple messages and emails…even with their corporate office, and I have not received any communication back. I lucked out and got the finance manager on the phone one day who said my trade in loan would be paid off the following week…it wasn’t. I also emailed the sales person about some post sale follow up he was going to do for me about a key…but he totally ghosted me. I thought with this being a Sonic dealership these types of things wouldn’t be an issue…but it has been an extremely disappointing experience which has soured me on Sonic and Dyer and Dyer. More
