Raymond in the service department took care of a recall on my car and fit me in with late notice. Then he had my car washed and wiped off wet drivers seat. Another dealership offered to see me a week lat on my car and fit me in with late notice. Then he had my car washed and wiped off wet drivers seat. The service department sadly dropped the ball this time. They had my car for over a week before they even looked at it. Communication was poorly handled and I spent most of the time trying to find out what They had my car for over a week before they even looked at it. Communication was poorly handled and I spent most of the time trying to find out what was going on and when my car would even be looked at. My service advisor was very kind, but unfortunately the whole situation was handled very poorly. UPDATE: I was contacted by the Managerial Team and had a very honest conversation about my situation. They sincerely apologized and made me an honorable offer to better handle my next service appointment need. I do recommend this service center and do understand they are facing a lot of challenges right now, and I appreciate how well they handled this situation from here. Job Well Done, Dyer & Dyer. More
