We had come into the showroom to look at the new Ascent, but after we spoke with Rob we all agr We were fortunate to have been greeted by Rob Galpin. We had come into the showroom to look at the new Ascent, but after we spoke with Rob we all agreed that we didn't need such a large vehicle, and he recommended the Outback, which we did purchase. We had to wait a couple of weeks to get it because we wanted a different interior color and had to choose a new package. Rob followed up with us on a regular basis. When we sold our old vehicle shortly after ordering the Outback, Rob arranged for a loaner car so we could get around town until our Subaru was ready for us. He also helped us find an insurance company, as we are new residents of Florida and weren't familiar with the options available to us. My husband had some trouble installing the Thule roof rack on the Outback, and Rob, whose residence is in the same city as ours, took the time to come to our home and give us a hand. Being from the Northeast, we were unaware that a "car salesman" could be so genuine and low key. He's certainly not stereotypical. Dyer is very fortunate to have him as an associate. More

She was very friendly and knowledgeable on Subaru's new edition vehicle. It was a pleasure working with her because it was a no pressure situation. We took a test drive, she answered all our questions and then it was up to us to decide if we wanted it. We discussed our trade-in and cost of the new vehicle, with Kim and Chad, and came up with figures that made us feel very good about the deal. Chuck, the finance fella, was also very good to work with. He's been in the business a long time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. More
