Couldn't have been more helpful and sincere. We were fortunate to have been greeted by Rob Galpin. We had come into the showroom to look at the new Ascent, but after we spoke with Rob we all agr We were fortunate to have been greeted by Rob Galpin. We had come into the showroom to look at the new Ascent, but after we spoke with Rob we all agreed that we didn't need such a large vehicle, and he recommended the Outback, which we did purchase. We had to wait a couple of weeks to get it because we wanted a different interior color and had to choose a new package. Rob followed up with us on a regular basis. When we sold our old vehicle shortly after ordering the Outback, Rob arranged for a loaner car so we could get around town until our Subaru was ready for us. He also helped us find an insurance company, as we are new residents of Florida and weren't familiar with the options available to us. My husband had some trouble installing the Thule roof rack on the Outback, and Rob, whose residence is in the same city as ours, took the time to come to our home and give us a hand. Being from the Northeast, we were unaware that a "car salesman" could be so genuine and low key. He's certainly not stereotypical. Dyer is very fortunate to have him as an associate. More

We love the car and the dealer so we bought another Outback a couple of weeks ago. Once again the Dyer sales team came through! Allison our sales person was professional and she actually listens when you talk. She is one of the best we have encountered in our many years of buying cars.The rest of the staff, Chad, Chuck and others could not have been more help. We will continue to do business there and would certainly recommend them. More

This is our first Subaru (Ascent Limited) and so far we are very happy with it. The buying experience was very good. Kim is the young lady who helped us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on Subaru's new edition vehicle. It was a pleasure working with her because it was a no pressure situation. We took a test drive, she answered all our questions and then it was up to us to decide if we wanted it. We discussed our trade-in and cost of the new vehicle, with Kim and Chad, and came up with figures that made us feel very good about the deal. Chuck, the finance fella, was also very good to work with. He's been in the business a long time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. More

We were focused on safety features and Pete was able to clearly explain all that Subaru had to offer. He even cheerfully met with us for a tutorial, a week after we had been driving our leased car, to help us get better acquainted with the myriad of features that make our driving safer. More
