I had been looking for a while and saw a car at ELCO I liked, but wasn't in love with at first. I test drove the vehicle for a day, and then found another one that I liked better at a different dealership. Chris was very helpful and informative, but never pushed me to make a purchase. My final decision on which car I purchased was due to Chris and his outstanding customer service. He was much more personable and understanding than the other dealership. I now love my car and would recommend Chris to anyone. More

First-timer I came to Elco knowing that they had the best selection in the area. Currently, I am living in Kansas and was dissatisfied with the selection there so I came to Elco knowing that they had the best selection in the area. Roger was the first person to see me on the lot, I didn't even have to go looking for anyone! I told them that I was looking between two different models, the Cruze and the Equinox. We looked at the prices and selections of Equinox, went for a test drive, and started paperwork, all within an hour! They let my father and I take the Equinox out to lunch while they surveyed my trade-in and ran my credit. When we returned, they were all ready for us! We waited 15 minutes before we had our final prices. Dave helped me with my financing and explained everything very clearly. I couldn't be more impressed with how quick and professional this team was. Everyone helped with a smile and were eager to answer all of our questions. Another hour later, we walked out with my new car. I will definitely be returning and recommending Elco to all my friends and family! More

He gave us great trade in value for our old vehicle so we were able to drive away in our dream car with no hassle!
