Vito Chirco is a competent, professional, level-headed, and direct communicator. I thoroughly have enjoyed working with him. He arrived to work 45 minutes before opening, as he knew I was driving in from 2 hours away and would arrive early. Vita had the Tahoe ready to drive immediately, and then took the time to introduce me to Cort (Howard), Sales Manager to 'talk shop' for a few minutes. It was fun to talk of common interests. Vito spent at least 5 hours with me, and was pleasant during negotiations. I could not have been happier with the sales process. Vito introduced me to Tom (Clyde), who then assisted me with financing. I thought I knew how I wanted to do the financing (thru my credit union...who have been wonderful to work with over the years); however, Tom asked for permission to illustrate some financing alternatives. I was surprised Tom was able to offer better and different terms; and once I confirmed them with my credit union, I accepted Tom's alternative. Again, I was very impressed with Tom, as he was also level-headed and appeared to enjoy his position with ELCO. The process overall took some time (test drive, Q&A, specs, negotiation, and financing), as it should; however, I found the pace to be methodical and acceptable. On a related note, I had interactions with Joe (in sales), a lady receptionist, and a gentleman in parts- all exceeded my expectations. Later in the day, I called in to have Vito order some accessories, and in 51 seconds time on the phone, the receptionist thanked me twice, the receptionist paged Vito, Vito answered, Vito ordered what I needed, and Vito thanked me twice. I don't recall the last time I was treated so well. I don't recall the last time I saw an organization afar perform so well. I should have known it would exceed my expectations when I drove up this morning and saw staff in neat uniforms. Keep up the good work and don't lose that personal and quality touch - even if quantity is almost everything in this world. More

This was our third time buying from Elco and each time gets better. Our salesman Roger Heffernan was VERY helpful in getting us into a car. He went above and beyond the call of duty.
