Drew was good. However reason I was in because bought preowned Kia from ELCO. ELCO service performed oil change and used Non OEM Kia oil filter causing Oil leak. Now have to wait 5 Days to get OEM parts in. Very poor choice to use Non OEM Parts. And a huge inconvenience to me. More
