From the time you come in for service every one has a smile. The service advisor was courteous and efficient. The Corvette technician , who’s the best in the Country came over to greet me. Took 1 month to start work on our vehicle in the shop because we did not schedule work to be done on a car that had an accident and had to be towed there. They did not give us a loaner vehicle due to bei because we did not schedule work to be done on a car that had an accident and had to be towed there. They did not give us a loaner vehicle due to being in the body shop instead of servicing department. It cost us rental fees due to the length of time they took to repair the vehicle as it maxed out the insurance rental coverage. I’m still waiting to get the vehicle back it was supposed to be done today, and now I’m told it’ll be done tomorrow. Hopefully the body work is well done considering the length of time they had the vehicle which is now about a month and a half for damage around 1 wheel. More

Two weeks after passing Elco's Multipoint Inspection my Volt dash warning indicated "Service High Voltage Charging System".
