Had an airbag recall. Appointment set. Drove for 45 mins. Was there about 45 mins Told it was done but tech said no parts. Have to reschedule now. Waste of a day. Only GM dealer around so screwed. More

I believe there must have been a communications breakdown between the service rep and whoever stocks parts. This happens. Just kind of screwed up a day for my wife. K
