Had an airbag recall. Appointment set. Drove for 45 mins. Was there about 45 mins Told it was done but tech said no parts. Have to reschedule now. Waste of a day. Only GM dealer around so screwed. I giving a poor rating cause they make you feel like I'm wrong an they are right. Had to get a new tire 2 weeks ago an it's still losing air but wont do right by it ruined my rim when they put the so called wrong an they are right. We were on vacation and our back brakes had locked up and we needed complete back brakes, including rotors. These guys got us in and fixed in one day and helped us get to a car rental place so we were not s we needed complete back brakes, including rotors. It was a pleasure working with Jason in service coordinating my BMW work. A part wasn’t available and he offered to have a driver go to Tampa to get the part. He also texted me on his personal pho coordinating my BMW work. A part wasn’t available and he offered to have a driver go to Tampa to get the part. He also texted me on his personal phone information on quotes etc. so I could approve in a timely manner. You may consider getting a texting app so that employees do not have to use their personal phones. Thanks More

9am appt for tire rotation plus check for oil leak. Car dropped off 830am. Car not ready till after 11am. Time in shop could have been less but they did the right thing by only charging for rotation. Time/work spent on oil leak was no charge and rightly so since they did oil change about 500 miles ago and leak was from the oil filter. More
