Paul, you may recall us showing you the same wheels on multiple units on our lot. They all exhibited the same appearance issue that you are dis satisfied with. Our efforts to replace your wheels with new from GM yielded the same appearance issue and we can understand your frustration. GM will only allow us to replace them with the same wheels that came from the factory. Please note that your wheels are not defective and pose zero risk to your safety. Your keen eye to detail has found something that most guests never see. We have sent a product report up the line to GM on your behalf. The finish that you have on your wheels is considered normal by GM. Please do not be upset with us as we are in your corner and will continue to try to locate a set of "take off" wheels that meet your standards.

Well I have looked at Ford ,Kia,Hyundai ,Dodge ,Jeep and all there rims are perfect not like mine.I guess GMC doesn’t take pride in there work.So GMC news that the rims are blemished and they are fine with that ,hoping people won’t notice how they look.Let me ask you something ,if you bought a New car or truck and you had rims or some other blemish would you be happy and wouldn’t you want your dealership to satisfy you as a customer no matter what they had to do.I never said that I was worried about safety.Whatever happened to 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION?I would have thought that someone at the Dealership would have said to put new black rims on the truck ,just to make the customer satisfied.I guess I am wrong.So what’s going to happen if black rims don’t come in anytime soon,then what?How long will I have to wait ?Im not upset with you Jim as I know you can only do so much ,but I upset with the dealership as a whole ,I expected someone to step up to the plate and make me satisfied .So in the meantime when it comes to filling out the survey I can’t give y’all a good rating because I would be giving false information. So until this gets resolved I will not be satisfied.Please send this up the line to to GM and to your bosses.Talk to you soon.
