Oil pan replacement new wipers wheel rotation and oil and fi Went for oil change and the Technician discovered the oil pan drain plug was stripped. They showed me the stripped plug and explained what was needed Went for oil change and the Technician discovered the oil pan drain plug was stripped. They showed me the stripped plug and explained what was needed. Kept the vehicle overnight to receive the part. Received the vehicle next day completed. The service person Mr Fulton was very nice and fully explained everything. I’m very satisfied and called the service manager this morning to make him aware of my satisfaction. More
