We are sorry that you feel that way. In efforts to prevent our guests from feeling this way, we take our pricing strategy very seriously. As such, we regularly conduct a competitive survey of 5 local repair facilities to make sure our prices are fair. We may not always be the most economical, but we are certainly not the most expensive. Plus, our oil changes are completed by factory trained technicians using OEM parts and include a multi-point inspection for added peace of mind. Although it seems that your wait time was a little excessive, the charge for your service was accurate. We are confident that should you choose to have your next oil change done elsewhere you will see that our prices are competitive. We hope to have the opportunity to earn your business again in the future.
