I stopped in one day to ask about an issue with my brakes, they told me it was a warranty covered part and they would fix it, I explained that it was really bad so they told me they would get me in AS brakes, they told me it was a warranty covered part and they would fix it, I explained that it was really bad so they told me they would get me in ASAP as they understood the issue, so it was for 2 days later. I bring it in first thing, and they told me everyone was fired and the part/ repair was no longer an option since I was past the miles for the warranty, I was never told I had this option in the first place, before I had hit the maximum mileage. Needless to say I was not going to pay over $1000 for the repair and left. This dealership has been notorious for bad service for many years. More

I have to write this. I've never thought I would have to write this review. Because of 2 service advisors I am now 5 weeks with no truck. For me to get GM involved, send letters to GM and have GM call the service advisor who 20 minutes later called me. 5 weeks no truck, 5 weeks of nothing, 5 weeks like I don't exist. My engine went because I was told I need a starter. That was the reason they gave me on my paperwork. In 5 hours they put 165 miles on my truck. Stephen and Mahima thank you for everything, thank you for not calling me until GM was involved. Imagine not even a loaner. My truck was my only transportation. It's like who cares. When that engined failed while I was driving It scared the crap out of me and not having control. This has gone beyond upset. I'm paying for a truck that is sitting in there lot. I have documented everything. GM is involved. I'm done being upset. This matter is now moving up the ladder More

Customer service is great, especially Mahima, the service advisor. She’s always very helpful and has a great attitude.
