I bought a used 2008 Escalade from Eagle. The windshield had a chip in line with the drivers vision. I pointed this out to the saleman and the mangager and they both assured me that if I bought the car, simply have it repaired and send them the bill and they would reimburs me. Well that was November, and now over 2 months later and 10 phone calls, I have yet to recieve a check. The typical answer is, "we'll look into." Sometimes they say the check is in the mail. These shysters will tell you whatever they can to make the sale, then they don't want to hear from you. They owe me a $168.00, I bought a $39,000 car. They would rather destroy any reputation and future business, just to save themselves $168.
