"refusal to return deposit!!"

I put a cash deposit on a car on 3/22/14 after locating the car with the exact specs I wanted at another dealership I called on 3/29/14 to release the car from the hold and was told a refund check would be mailed on 4/1 I have still not received it and was told by the sales manager BRYAN HARRIS that I tried to scam them and the end result of the telephone call was him hanging up on me and no refund of my money.upon calling to ask for the names of the owners of the dealership I was told they couldnt give me that information nor was there any other managers that could help me resolve my issue.so unfortunately for eagle they have 1 bad employee that is ruining their reputation because they have someone managing their business that cant be trusted with customers money.by the way they cut checks every tuesday and have now had my money for 6 weeks after promising a return.do not do business with them especially the sales manager bryan harris

"Not trustworthy, HAVE IT IN WRITTING"

I was at this dealer on Saturday and looked at one vehicle only, sales person opened the vehicle and myself and my family were inside and were very happy with this specific vehicle. We were told a monthly lease amount with specific downpayment. I went back today to finalize and were told that the price I was told just 3 days ago was for the 2014 model and not the 2015, which I was not even showed, then the manager told me he thought my current car was a lease and that he could give me a better price ($2000 more downpayment and $150 more per month then the amount given to me on Saturday) for a 2015 with cloth seats, NO navigation or extras. This dealer is fraudulent and deceiving should not be trusted, get all information in writing so you may avoid going back.

I bought a used 2008 Escalade from Eagle. The windshield had a chip in line with the drivers vision. I pointed this out to the saleman and the mangager and they both assured me that if I bought the car, simply have it repaired and send them the bill and they would reimburs me. Well that was November, and now over 2 months later and 10 phone calls, I have yet to recieve a check. The typical answer is, "we'll look into." Sometimes they say the check is in the mail. These shysters will tell you whatever they can to make the sale, then they don't want to hear from you. They owe me a $168.00, I bought a $39,000 car. They would rather destroy any reputation and future business, just to save themselves $168.

Woww!!!absolutely perfect experience. I have to say as bad of experience I had with Smithhaven Mazda regarding the similar vehicle, the experience at Eagle was superb. I was devastated along with my 17 year old daughter over the treatment I received in Smithhaven. One week later and a 1/2 hour visit to Eagle I am all smiles and am a proud owner of a 2011 Gun Metal Blue touring Mazda. My wife contacted Eagle over the Internet with all the specs and price. Within the same day, terms were agreed over the phone. The credit application, the insurance info and the down payment were all done through fax and phone calls. When I arrived at Eagle, everything was ready and within 1/2 hour I was driving the car home. I cannot overstate the wonderful experience I had and a renewed faith that not all car dealers are unscrupulous. Neil C.
