All the service guys are very friendly and make me feel welcome. But I like to work with one service rep, so he knows me and my car. For several years, I've only dealt with Weston Lange. He is great! He always has time to listen to you and why you are bringing your car in for service. If it's a mechanical issues, he takes his time to explain what the problem is, how it can be fixed and how long it should take. Whether it's for an oil change, or a maintenance issue, or just a question in general, he always treats you with respect and happy to get your car in, fixed and ready to drive home. More
