On August30 my wife and I went looking for a preowned Cadallac CTS. I have have had my eye on them since 2006. It was time to buy, I had waited long enough, and Kathryn really also liked the CTS. I expected we would go from Cadallac Dealership to Dealership Haggeling with car salesmen all day till I could could make the deal on the car we both liked. HOW WRONG I WAS! The first dealership we went to was Kachina Catallac and Saub on Scotsdale Road in Scotsdale. Shortely after arriving there, we were met by Roberto Saenz. Roberto showed us what they had in inventory, we picked two cars to test drive, and Kathryn really liked the white 2008 CTS. During the test drive of the two cars Roberto was a true gentleman, and he explained the two cars in great detail. The short time we were with Roberto we developed a friendship. The three of us got back to the dealership, and now it was time to see if we would make a deal on the car we liked! At this time I had a price that I was willing to pay for the car. What would Robertos price be? And could we make a deal? This was the fun part! Roberto laid down his asking price for the car and I wrote out a lowball price that I was willing to pay, "the tinsion was mounting" Kathryn really wanted "this car". As car salesmen will do: Roberto said "just a minute Ill be back".He came back with an adjusted asking price, we haggled some more and agreed on a price. We bought the 08 CTS. Ihavent had so much fun in years, and we have a lasting friendship with Roberto. We will tell all our friends and family what fun and what great deals we get from Roberto Saenz at Kachina Cadallac. We rate our experience a 5! More
Joey did an incredible job going above and beyond to provide customer service. In addition, he was completely supported by his managers. The staff worked well together and supported each other, making the entire process one of the least painful I have ever experienced. Joey was fantastic as a low pressure, informative salesman who was quick to go out of his way to provide assistance. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. Very positive experience. First dealer that has ever allowed me to actually take a new car off the lot, drive it home, show it to the family, without the sales agent sitting in the car. I went to Kachina looking to trade in my 2007 DTS for a lease option or trade in for a newer model. I met with Joe Matos who was extremely knowledgeable with all the cars on the lot and with all the lease lease option or trade in for a newer model. I test drove several cars and recieved a really fair trade in allowance for my existing car. I had serviced my DTS there and their service department is excellent. The staff at Kachina couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. In testing several cars they needed to move cars etc. which they did so quickly and without fanfare. We were on a business trip when my 2008 STS started to overheat. I was directed to the dealership by OnStar because it was very close. Terry Austin took the service call and immediately put it through di overheat. I was directed to the dealership by OnStar because it was very close. They did not find anything wrong except that the hot weather did not start the high fan fast enough to cool it while idling. They were very professional and we were on our way again. (The donuts and coffee were a big help.) More
