Joey Matos is first and foremost a good person, extremely attentive to our needs and a pleasure to do business with, he sets a very high standard and his knowledge of the industry and the product he sells is second to none. I purchase a car at least once a year, I purchase High End vehicles and am used to a certain level of service from a Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Porsche, Mercedes etc I have owned them all, in my opinion Joey would fit well in any of them, in fact maybe better than what they have. As I mentioned I am a salesman, so often we fail to recognize the talent we have, quick to look elsewhere for a magical turnaround (we think), with Joey's positive while prudent personality his strengths would fit in most any management position. This might start sounding like Joey is a friend of mine, that is not true and my dealings with him have purely been in the sales process. The Cadillac Escalade we purchase is for my wife Taunya - great vehicle as we have 4 young children. We thank you for asking our opinion as many don't, it has been a pleasure to spend a few moments congratulating a talented salesperson. First of all, I HATE the process of purchasing a car! But I want to let you know about the great experience I had at Kachina Cadillac. I was calling around to dealerships in the area to purchase a Cadillac S I want to let you know about the great experience I had at Kachina Cadillac. I was calling around to dealerships in the area to purchase a Cadillac SRX. When I called Kachina, Joey answered the phone. He gave me the info I needed over the phone and invited me in to see the vehicles at the dealership. From the moment we got there he treated us like royalty and exceeded our expectations. It was a blazing hot day but that didn't stop Joey from showing us a number of SRX's he had on the lot. He was very knowledgable about the SRX. He did not pressure us to a hasty decision, but wanted to make sure we would be happy with the Cadillac SRX. He even went as far as to offer to let us borrow the SRX for the evening. He was able to quickly give us the pricing info we needed. To our pleasure the entire process was quite simple and much smoother than even expected. Joey Matos is the best car salesman we have ever worked with. I would highly recommend the dealership and Joey to my family and friends. More
This is second review and separate from the other as I just leased a 2011 CTS-V Black Diamond Edition from Steve Shannon. As before, I received the same great service and sales experience from Steve. He was patient with me with all my questions and especially when it came to my decision between the CTS and CTS-V. When I finally did decide, he had the car at the lot within 24 hours. I was shocked and amazed on how fast he got the transfer. When it came to financing and finalization of the sale both Steve and Edward were above professionalism to get me into the car. Edward even lowered the interest rate on my Escalade purchase from last week. I have to say that Kachina Cadillac is definitely on its game when it comes to its employees. My experience with Kachina Cadillac and Steve Shannon was absolutely the best. I thought I had a great experience when I bought my BMW's but that did not compare with the sales process with Steve. From the second I was contacted to the minute I received the keys and walked away with the vehicle was perfect. Steve was patient, courteous and best of all not pushy in anyway. He made sure we got into the vehicle with all the specs that my wife and I wanted. This experience has made me realize not only the quality of Cadillacs but the quality and professionalism of those that sell them. I am so impressed in fact, that I am in contact right now to get rid of my M6 and get into a Cadillac through Steve and Kachina. I had gone to Kachina after having had several bad experiences at other dealers while searching for a new sedan, and a friend had recommended that I go to kachina, as she had bought her Escalade there experiences at other dealers while searching for a new sedan, and a friend had recommended that I go to kachina, as she had bought her Escalade there. The next day on the way to the dealer, me and my mother got lost and called the dealer for directions, and Roberto was the first to pick up the phone. When we got there we talked about the car that I was interested, a CTS-V, and I asked if they had any, which they did. A few short minutes later, we were in one, and it was one of the best test drives I've ever had, during which, roberto explained his love of Cadillacs, and the CTS-V specifically. After the test drive, Roberto was very low pressure, and didn't rush anything so I could have some time to think about if that was the right car for me. After I decided I wanted it, we looked up the different options and packages, and settled on a black diamond edition sedan. Unfortunately, the car was in another state and had to be dealer traded, which would take a couple weeks. Roberto found out that I was hoping to get the car sooner, as my daily driver was going to go into the shop in a matter of days, and I still needed to drive. Roberto was kind enough to lend me a brand new '11 Escalade off the lot to drive until my car would arrive. It will be just a matter of days now before I pick up my car, and I can honestly say I've never been treated so right by a car dealership, or a sales person in my entire life, and that it was a true joy to work with Roberto, and the entire staff of Kachina Cadillac. I will definitely be coming back for my next car, and referring all of my friends and family to this dealership. More

I used the dealer's webpage to schedule a service appointment. After not hearing back from anyone for 1.5 business days (2.5 if you count Saturday), I called and scheduled an appointment with Marty. appointment. He got me in the same day and completed my warranty work to my great satisfaction. I have to admit that I was frustrated that the online service appointment scheduling tool did not work (even though I immediately received an email querying my satisfaction with the online appointment scheduling tool), Marty turned a negative experience into a positive one.
