I have owned two Hummers and always take it in for service at Kachina Cadillac. I work with Service Writer James Somers. What an outstanding Service Writer! I had two issues this past week with my service at Kachina Cadillac. I work with Service Writer James Somers. What an outstanding Service Writer! I had two issues this past week with my Hummer and, as always, James was friendly when he greeted me and listed to my concerns. James arranged a rental car for me. Like he always does, James called me once the repairs were complete. As a repeat customer, Kachina Cadillac is lucky to have James Somers representing them in the Service Department! I recommend everyone work with James when you take your car into Kachina Cadillac! More

I used the dealer's webpage to schedule a service appointment. After not hearing back from anyone for 1.5 business days (2.5 if you count Saturday), I called and scheduled an appointment with Marty. appointment. He got me in the same day and completed my warranty work to my great satisfaction. I have to admit that I was frustrated that the online service appointment scheduling tool did not work (even though I immediately received an email querying my satisfaction with the online appointment scheduling tool), Marty turned a negative experience into a positive one. He was friendly, professional and most of all fast! Thank you Marty for making my headache yours and not making excuses for the tool. Your customer service was excellent. More

Had to bring car into shop for service. Terry was my service adviser at the dealer ship. Had to call 3 times to find out what the problem was with the car. Then I was given the estimate for the repairs service adviser at the dealer ship. Had to call 3 times to find out what the problem was with the car. Then I was given the estimate for the repairs and told him I would need to wait to get that work done and would pick up my car. Got to dealership and told them I wanted to pick up my car Terry then told me it would be a few minutes. I then asked to see the estimate for the work needed to be done on car and that was the JOKE I could not understand it because it was hand written on a separate page and did not make any sense at all. I have never had such a problem there before and I guess the are cutting costs because he was also the person taking my payment or I should say trying because he did not know how to run a credit card and after being out in the service drive for over 35min that is where you pay for your car not inside in the a/c but outside in the service lanes.THEN best of all I did get to pay for my estimate of $180.00 which was fine I had to wait for them to get my car which took 10min more. More

In December 2010 I purchased a new Escalade from Joey Matos. The experience was very low pressure and one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have had. In May 2011 I was traveling through road const Matos. The experience was very low pressure and one of the best vehicle buying experiences I have had. In May 2011 I was traveling through road construction and my new Escalade was sprayed with a thick coat of oil all over the front and passenger side. I called Joey and asked what to do. Joey had me bring the Escalade to him. Joey had the vehicle detailed and all the oil removed. Customer care after the purchase is very important to me. Joey and Kachina Cadillac proved that they will take care of the customer after the purchase. I highly reccomend Joey Matos. More
