Steve told me about the many changes and options on this Crossover. He seemed honest and friendly without being pushy like most sales people. Because of Steve working with me patiently and the friendly people at this dealership I decided to purchase, this was after two weeks. Most of the time while looking at vehicles, after the sale I feel stressed, my husband is grumpy and I am so ready to leave. We were on a business trip when my 2008 xxx started to overheat. I was directed to the dealership by OnStar because it was very close. They did not find anything wrong except that the hot weather did not start the high fan fast enough to cool it while idling. They were very professional and we were on our way again. (The donuts and coffee were a big help.) More
